This project consisted of moving approximately 1,300 people with boxed contents and desktop computer equipment over a four week period.  3MD provided two full time Project Managers responsible for the pre-planning, coordination, execution and post move cleanup. Included in our services was the management of a third party disconnect and reconnect of all desktop computer equipment and a third party de-installation and re-installation of 240 executive Partner office suites, wall mount shelving and 1000 sections of Aurora shelving. 3MD provided pre-planning, packing and unpacking services for the Main Library (5,000 Linear Feet), Records Center (4,500 Linear Feet),  De-Centralized Hallway Files (21,500 linear feet), Administrative Files (3,753 Linear Feet) and Paralegal Files (23,558 Linear Feet).

This project consisted of moving approximately 700 people with boxed contents and desktop computer equipment over an eight week period.  3MD provided three full time Project Managers responsible for the pre-planning, coordination, execution and post move cleanup. We moved approximately 3500 pieces of office furniture and shelving. We also provided pre-planning, packing, moving and unpacking services for several file rooms and evidence rooms (800,000 Linear Feet). All of our services were escorted by Federal Agents throughout the entire move process.

This was truly a concerted team effort !
