  • 3MD self-hauled all shipments coming out of Fort Wayne, IN on a dedicated basis.

Challenges / Successes:

  • A major challenge on this project was coordinating all of the Navistar employees and their paper contents. Once they saw our organizational skills and expertise, their stress levels dropped tremendously.

  • A challenge on this project was coordinating all of the packing & unpacking services around the IT Company’s & Carpenter Company’s schedules, not to mention the Attorney’s personal schedule.
  • Our success was achieved by meeting every deadline, while minimizing any inconvenience to the firm.

  • Relocated laboratory and administrative personnel, equipment, and content in a multi-phased move to ensure GoH remained operational at all times
  • Relocated tissue freezers and laboratory equipment in a timely and sequential fashion to accommodate GoH operational needs
  • Prepared, packed, and relocated multiple laboratories and processing equipment
  • Packed, relocated, and unpacked approximately 3,000 cubic feet of storage and supplies

  • The sequencing and relocation of large tissue freezers in a timely fashion to ensure the core temperature of the freezers remained below requirements.

  • 3MD provided (1) Project Manager dedicated to the pre-planning, coordination & execution.
  • 3MD provided pre-planning, packing & unpacking services for the Library (24,000 Linear Inches), Workrooms (66,000 Linear Inches) and Common Area Files (360,000 linear Inches).
  • Included in our services was the movement of approximately 600 workstation components, Aurora shelving for the Library and workroom furniture.

  • A challenge on this project was conducting thorough background verifications up to the level of the customer’s request.

  • Mitigating delays at the dock due to security procedures and closure of the overhead doors
